2012 11 25 - Cement hand prints

HOME
Back around 1999 our sceptic system failed. That forced us to finally connect to city sewer. A trench was cut through the basement floor from the back wall to the front wall of the house so that the PVC sewer pipe could be installed. The trench was then filled with cement to seal the floor back up. All seven of us pressed our hands into the cement on that day. These pictures were taken as part of an Art class assignment that Julia had. Her hand print is from when she was about 3 years old. Next to her print is Phillip's at 8 years and left of that is Stanford's at 11 years. Julia's hand now is about the same size as Stanford's was on that day.
