Hello Everyone,

Seven months ago today Stanford passed away. We miss him very much
and take things a day at a time.

Stanford's birthday was August 5th. He would have been 19. We
visited his grave on his birthday. Later in August we had a
birthday cake and celebration at the Larsen Family reunion during
our Utah trip.

Stanford was actively organizing his Eagle Scout service project the
day he collapsed. The project was to paint a large map of the
United States on the playground at Main Dunstable Elementary School
where all of our kids have attended. School principal, Christopher
Gosselin, really wanted to have Stanford's dream completed. He
organized volunteers and the project was done Aug 9th. Pictures and
links to an article that appeared in the Nashua Telegraph are
available on the http://StanfordLarsen.org website. Click on the
"Change History" link for quick links to everything that has been
added to the website in the past months.

The Stanford Larsen Memorial Scholarship still has a ways to go
before it will a perpetual fund. The first award recipient was
Samantha Swanson on June 14th. A cell phone recycling drive has
been started in the Nashua area. All proceeds from the drive will
be donated to the scholarship fund. Details about the drive are on
the http://StanfordLarsen.org website. We appreciate the organizing
efforts of Kevin and Jill Gray.

We hope you are all doing well and that you have pleasant memories
of Stanford.

John
