Move the "/videos/Weintz" contents to "/spare1/Weintz" to make more room available
on the /videos drive.  Added an entry to /root/backup/offsite.dirlist to backup 
from this new location.  Modified the "weintz_mirror.sh" on Roberta's and Lori's
computers to point to this new location.  Moved the folder on the offsite backup
drive to be in the new location.
