John lives in New Hampshire and in his spare time is a software engineer. He grew up in the Murray, Utah area and moved to New Hampshire in 1985 after graduating from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. He started playing the piano at age 8, taking lessons until he was about 16. He played clarinet in the junior high and senior high concert and marching bands. A few years ago he started playing the organ and has also added the saxophone to his list of instruments. John enjoys arranging music for Major BOB. John has been married to his sweetheart, Joyce, for 20 years and they have five wonderful children.
