I didn't send an email out on Stanford's birthday, but it was August 5th,
and he would have been 23 years old. Visit his

The recipient of this year's $500 scholarship was Carolyn
Regula.<http://larsen-family.us/pictures/2011/2011_06_16_-_Awarding_SML_Scholarship_to_Carolyn_Regula/>
The seniors this year were only in 7th grade when Stanford passed away.
Donations <http://stanfordlarsen.org/scholarship/scholarship.html> to the
fund are still welcome.
PREMIER PERFORMANCE OF "FOR STAN"
On May 11, 2011 the Nashua High School South gave the world premier
performance of a special band composition written by a classmate of
Stanford's, Andrew Cote. Click
here<http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XvcUQ9L85iI>to see a video on
youtube of the performance of "For Stan". Click
here<http://larsen-family.us/pictures/2011/2011_05_11_-_Andrew_Cote_and_the_Larsens/>for
my description of the event. It was an awesome tribute.
I think about Stanford every day. Stanford helps me keep life in perspective
and recognize what is truly important.
John
