Day 26: Today I made a lot of progress on packing the contents of Julia's old
bedroom. I think one more day will finish it off. She has lots of cute
nick nacks that are spread out over various book shelves. I collected
those into two smaller boxes. I wrapped them up in tissue paper and
did my best to make sure they won't be damaged. These smaller boxes
were then put into a larger box. All the boxes are labeled using the
"packing map" that I described on 2024-04-27. As I was rolling everything down the driveway to the POD using the hand truck it occurred to me that I'm going to have to bring everything back up the driveway when I unload the POD. Gravity won't be working in my favor then. It's going to be a big job putting everything back. |
