Day 78: The old roof over the old kitchen and living room was removed today.
The new gable roof was extended from the addition towards the front of the
house. The rafters were installed over the sun room. The job wasn't finished
by quiting time so they draped a huge tarp over the whole thing in case it
rains during the night. I used 4 cameras today. The two time lapse cameras are in their same places, but I built a tripod base for one of my selfie sticks and put that on the roof about ten feet in from the north end of the house. That gave a good shot of removing the old roof. I also had another old cell phone camera recording video of the sun room rafters being installed. |
