Day 131: It's Sept 6th of the home renovation project. Sunday the 8th is
our 45th wedding anniversary. We certainly didn't have this project in
mind 45 years ago! We were naive 20 and 23 year olds anticipating a
bright future ahead, which has turned out to be true. The siding, soffits, and eaves are almost done! Rich and Phil finished everything except for about 5 pieces of aluminum wrap. Insects no longer have wide open access to the house (except when the garage door is open during the day.) Dumpster #6 was dropped off today. I made a short time lapse video of the whole dumpster exchange process, kind of fun to watch. The longer siding time lapse video combines three cameras and shows the attention to detail that Rich puts in. The house looks wonderful! |
