Day 141: On Sept 16th of the home renovation project the small deck for the sun room
door was finished. Rich and Phil did a great job! It's nice to have steps! As I mentioned earlier, today spray foam was applied to the ceiling of the kitchen. We had to leave the house for 24 hours. The time lapse video worked fine and you can see the messy process required. The fumes are toxic so personal protective equipment is needed. After the drywall is installed they will come back and spray in the attic. Rich and Phil were building the deck at the same time as the spray foam was being applied. The sun room windows got opened at 9:38:12. The toxic fumes were coming out the window right where Rich and Phil were working. Rich started feeling sick and couldn't figure out why at first. They noticed the open windows and closed them at 10:08:09. Rich said he felt sick the rest of the day. |
