Day 177: Milestone day on Oct 22nd of the home renovation project. Flooring
was installed in the sunroom and in the living room! Baseboard was then installed
in the sunroom. It's almost all done, just another coat of paint. The piano finally was freed from its confinment in the piano box. After all these months it only had a little dust on it. We carefully moved the piano around to allow the living room floor to be installed. Four of us then carried the piano over to rest on a couple of floor strips to protect the new floor. Some progress was made installing rain gutters in the back. The installer had to leave early. He plans to return tomorrow. Steve the stair guy is preparing to start installing the finished basement stairs tomorrow. |
