Day 179: On Oct 24th of the home improvement project flooring
in the new addition is complete! Four rooms in the original
house still need to be done, but that should go quickly. Steve continued working on the basement stairs. The posts are in and look really tall. That's because building code has changed. Railings have to be 48 inches tall now instead of 36 inches. That makes the posts even taller. Finish carpentry takes a lot of time. |
