I witnessed an accident on Spit Brook Road at about 13:05. I was driving my Corolla. The
dash cam time stamp is incorrect. It shows the time of the accident to be 12:15. Geico
called me later in the afternoon. I edited the MOV video using Kdenlive editor to be
shorter just covering the accident thereby making the size about 6.3 MB. They sent me
an email to which I responded attaching the video to the file. The Geico customer is the
one at fault. He ran the red light and was hit in the driver door by the right front
bumper of the SUV. The woman driving the SUV is the one I gave my contact information to.
After the accident she had to walk to her apartment to get her cell phone. She called
the police. I waited until the policewoman arrived. Once everything was sorted out
I then continued on my way to Home Depot. |
